Despite the division of the state, and contrary to popular belief, real estate projects in Hyderabad do not seem to have dwindled. Of the largescale projects to hit the market, Rajapushpa’s Atria in Kokapet, a high rise residential scheme located near the financial district of the city — Gachibowli — that houses top corporate houses, is considered promising.
Targetted at buyers looking at options of residing close to their workplace, the locality offers good social infrastructure in terms of schools, shopping malls and hospitals. It is just a stone’s throw away from the ORR junction, giving easy access to most of Hyderabad.
The gated community, in keeping with present architectural trends, offers landscaped green space, clubhouse and other amenities. Approximately, four acres of the 14.5 acres earmarked for the project will be built up and the rest will be left open. The project has 10 towers that come with a two-level car parking. Each tower will have 15 floors.
Sizes of the flats vary, but minimum area is fixed at 1,345 sq ft. Customers are offered two, three or four-bedroom options. Per sq ft will cost Rs 3,700. There will be roughly 1,100 apartments and the company has 12 unit plans to choose from.
